If you can think back to a few weeks ago when Florida felt its first official “winter” day – that was the day these two crazy lovebirds were hitched! December 9th to be exact, and their setting? – a private residence in Merritt Island belonging to a close friend of the bride’s. The home was built in 1910 and is bursting with character! Upstairs in the main house is the cutest little “blue” bedroom I have ever laid eyes on, and a perfect setting for Allison’s getting ready room.
I never had a chance to officially look at the temperature that day, but between the cold front and wind rolling across the intercostal, it was COLD! Allison & Brendan were troopers! They continued with plan A – first look outside, followed by bride/groom photos, bridal party and family! We spent hours outside before their “outdoor” ceremony, and not once did these two complain about the cold. Becky (one of the BEST wedding planners around) kept her cool (no pun intended) and pulled off the day without a glitch! I am so blessed to continue to have such easy going, fully trusting, sweet souls to work with. Below are a few of my favorites from their collection…
