Annie & Chris’ Orlando Engagement Session
While it can be an adventure to shoot in a new location, it can also be challenging since you don’t know what you are getting into! Annie grew up on the grounds surrounding the Reformed Theological Seminary in Oviedo north of Orlando, where her dad worked. So to her, this spot held sweet memories. I will say driving up to Oviedo (once I was off of the interstate) was such a pleasant one! I forget how much our landscape changes when heading north out of central Florida. When I first arrived, I scouted out a little patch of beautiful light, with soft greens and a hint of moss covered Oaks. We ventured down by the lake and I even talked Chris into taking his shoes off at the end of the shoot for a few shots in the water! (Apparently he’s not a fan of having his shoes off!) I LOVED getting to know these two and I can’t wait to see them again next year for their wedding!
