What an amazingly sweet couple these two are! Sarah and I have spent months chatting through details and ideas for their backyard wedding… and until wedding day I had never met Scott. Needless to say – he is native to Indiana, loves the outdoors and works in construction (which basically sums up Clint – my husband and second shooter)… so we (or should I say they) had plenty to talk about! It was more than hot outside – but that didn’t stop us from capturing the beauty of the outdoors. Nestled on the water, dripping with Spanish moss and boasting with giant Oak trees, it was such a gorgeous place to get married!
Now – I have to take a second and mention the food. WOW. Coming from a photographer – that has photographed (and eaten) at 100’s of weddings… I have to say the food was by far some of the best I have had! The Salmon’s (who own the home/venue) also own Georgianna BBQ Ministry and fixed pulled pork, mojo chicken, veggies, potato casserole and more mouthwatering goodness!
It was such an honor to be a part of Sarah & Scott’s wedding day. We wish them a lifetime of love and happiness!!
