HOLY SMOKES!! Christina – KNOCKED. IT. OUT. OF. THE. PARK. We got A LOT accomplished in our hour together at Up the Creek Farms. We almost scratched the red dress – but, umm… pretty happy that we didn’t! I can’t even pick a favorite…
The weekend before Valentine’s day may not be the best time to visit Winter Park if you are looking for a quiet and low-key afternoon! Nevertheless, it’s always a great time when we get to hang out with Tori & Aaron! I first met Tori MANY years ago when she was planning weddings. I have since met Aaron, shot a couple of their friends’ weddings… all in anticipation of getting to shoot theirs someday! Tori messaged me THE NIGHT Aaron proposed and we quickly found a date that worked for all of us for the wedding! I had the pleasure of meeting Elvis (their 4 legged child)… and even included a “blooper” in the post… can you say “SQUIRREL”…. hehe! Tori & Aaron – I can’t wait for your wedding day!!!
Although wedding day was our first time meeting Haley & Robert, we instantly connected. We planned a first look prior to ceremony which eased a lot of the jitters, and the rest of the day was smooth sailing. The weather was GORGEOUS – and by that I don’t just mean sunny with no rain. During the reception while grabbing some night shots along the sandy shoreline, I actually paused in awe of how calm the winds were and how perfect of a temperature it was – AHHH! Haley and Robert were both super sweet and completely trusting! Haley’s heart is so big that her first thought after we began bride/groom photos was that she had forgotten to send a photo to her kids before school let out! I’m excited to share a few of my favorite images from their lovely Paradise Cove wedding with you all!!

One of my absolute favorite things about being a wedding AND family portrait photographer – is getting to watch my lovely couples become first time parents! Toni & Kyle were married last year and are expecting a little boy this year! I teased Toni that barefoot and pregnant for the next 10 years sounded like a great game plan, and Kyle totally agreed!! HA! Seriously though, these two are AMAZING human beings and I’m so blessed to get to be a part of their celebration!
Welcome to Florida Madison & Ryan! These two are new to our east coast and I can’t think of a better welcoming than an engagement session!! We began our afternoon at the Rossetter House and ended with a little dip in the saltwater. Madison and I were able to convince Ryan that wearing dress clothes while splashing around in the ocean is totally the cool thing to do!
They were incredibly comfortable with each other and brought lots of laughter and personality into their session. Take note those of you planning your e-session… these two get an A+ in the wardrobe department! Madison’s lace dresses are a perfect example of texture – while Ryan’s not so solid colored tops added some fun! Well done you two! Adorable and stylish = you made my job a piece of cake!
